MediaBox image alignment

Recommended Posts

laka74

Dear forum,

I've used the MediaBox to add an image (a map) by embedding a little html - that works just fine.

But the image is mis-aligned compared to the two other boxes next to it. For determining

the size of the image, I took a screen dump and cropped the image so it matches the two

other boxes (white) perfectly.

Another issue I've run into several times is the alignment for the image itself within the

MediaBox. I've made rounded corners in Adobe PS - and you can see the rounded

corners in the bottom, but at the top they are cropped by the MediaBox....why ?

Also tried to add some custom code (padding) to align the image but with

no succes. And last - the image (map) on frontpage is not sharp compared

to what I see in PS ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Best regards

Lasse

Hi Lasse,

The problem is coming from the <p> tag margin that is wrapped around your image. Use the following CSS to remove the margin.

#mediaboxuozsz0 p {
margin: 0;
}
