I can't figure out how I did this, but...

Website URL: www.ashby-bp.com
Framework Version: DMS  (just updated it a few minutes ago...)
WordPress Version: 3.6.1
Plugins in Use: n/a
Server/Host: godaddy
Screenshots: see below
Details: okay. i was 'customizing' the site, and now i can't bring the bar back down to a reasonable height to work on my customizations. Don't ask me how I managed to do this. I have an awesome knack for just mucking things up when least expected. But if anyone can help me lower the bar (no pun intended) I'd appreciate it.

Thanks. *sigh*

By the way... that was the largest screenshot Pagelines would allow me to put up. It only allowed 43.1 KB file. Just so you don't think I'm trying to make you go blind. Thanks again.

Hi there,

Add to your custom code the below to get the editor back on the page. Then you can resize the panel to a reasonable size again and then remove the code and save.

.toolbox-panel {height:175px;}

Kindly search the forum and read the documentation before posting. It will help you resolve many issues.

For CSS help be sure to check out W3Schools first and be sure to download FireBug for FireFox for troubleshooting.

Hi James, I tried this code but it's still not working. Any other suggestions? Please let me know.

Thanks for your help.

Best regards,

Mary

Hi Mary,

Things I try when these things happen to me:

-remove all custom code and reload

-make sure there are no unsaved posts or pages

-disable all plugins and reload

*clear cache each time

Good Luck!

How can I get support on pagelines DMS? The product isn't that old and my skeleton themes aren't working and I can't get support in the same way?

I have a number of legacy websites that are running on the above version of Pagelines DMS, where the template has stopped working. I am using a skeleton theme to all of them. What do I need to do to rectify this.

I am having an issue with DMS editor not loading.  Just keeps spinning and spinning.
Have tried several things - Logged in and out, cleared cache, deactivated all plugins, but the issue persists.
I even had our host restore from a backup a few weeks ago, when I know it WAS working, as I edited a text box on the homepage.  The restore from backup didn't help either.
Also, the front end of the site shows that the site is framed, or boxed now (whatever you call it), instead of full width as it was previously (last week).
Dev console shows that there are php errors in Google maps - file is attached.
Can someone please help?  Not sure what else I can do here...
      Thanks in advance.
