Adding a line break after an image in Platform Pro

Can anyone tell me how to add a line break after adding an image into a post. The image is left aligned and my text is appearing to stick to the right hand edge of the image and NOT directly below it which is what I want.. Thanks

I solved this by adding <br clear="none" />

Update, this technique appears to reset of you edit the page in visual mode after you apply the changes.
