Hello Jannalyn

What have you tried?

The answer to many issues can be found by searching in the forum before posting as someone else  may very well have had the same problem before you have.  Also, reading the documentation can help you gain a good understanding of how everything works.

Various bits of code I've picked up from the forum and playing around with these at the moment

#site #page, #site #dynamic-content {
min-height: 200px;
}
#site #page, #site #dynamic-content {     min-height: 300px; }
 #column-wrap {margin-bottom: -25px;}
.contact .content-pad {
  padding-bottom: 0; !important
}
.widget .widget-pad {
  padding: 15px;
}

Hi jennalyn11 - I'm sure we can find something that will work but give me a little more info on what you'd like to accomplish. I'm looking at the site right now and thinking you'd like to try to remove some of the space above and below the morefoot area, is that the case?

Yes, basically the client wants to have the quickslider on the right but also have the text wrap around bottom if that makes sense, this was the easiest way I could think of to make the copy go underneath by adding a widget in to the morefoot area. I've tried really hard myself but think it's time to call in the experts!

Hi jennalyn11 - OK so you've got a couple of spots to hit in order to reduce the overall spacing (which I'm sure you already figured out!). Give the following a go and see what you think.

.content .content-pad {padding: 0 15px;}

.widget .widget-pad {padding: 0 15px;}

Looking good on Firefox, still a bit of extra space between the content and morefoot but unfortunately spacing all wrong in Explorer which is what my clients used, no spacing between feature branding and navigation and the text in running in to the morefoot on the home page. Any other ideas welcome, I really appreciate the help!

Use the following code:

.type-page {
margin-bottom: 0;
}
.type-page .hentry-pad {
padding: 0;
}
