I'd like to make the content area transparent for the site listed in my profile.

Hi plainenglishtech - Try adding this custom code to your site:

body.display-boxed .boxed-wrap {background: transparent;}

Have you searched the forums yet or checked out the DMS user docs?

Thanks Jake!

Can I control the transparency? I'd like to have a white background that is semi-transparent. I'm sorry I didn't ask that question more clearly.

Thanks again!

Hi plainenglishtech - No worries, I was going to suggest that instead but didn't want to interfere with your design concept! So, take out the code I gave you and add this instead!

body.display-boxed .boxed-wrap {opacity: 0.6;}

You can then adjust the number 6 up or down depending on the level of transparency you're looking for.

Thanks a ton! You guys are great.

Jake This acts upon the body text, etc. too. Can you tell me how to prevent that?

body.display-boxed .boxed-wrap {background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2);} Hey i figured it out. Use the 0's to set what colors you want if any leave 0 for clear. red green blue the last number is the transparency, so change from 1.0 to 0.1
