I installed Poppy and entered the email which it must send the form to but when clicking and entering the details in the form it gives a success message but the mail does not come in.

Hi,

Have you filled out the options for Poppy, under DMS Toolbar > Global Options > Poppy ?

Can you provide a screenshot of your settings page for Poppy please.

Please search our forums, before posting!

FWIW I could never get this to send mail. I even logged a ticket months ago about this. To this day, I still can't get it to work.

Hi hansonexperience - Perhaps check your spam or the manner in which your host handles email. I have used Poppy on several DMS sites and never had a problem at all but I'll inquire with the developer to see if he has any insight on what your issue may be.

Have you searched the forums yet or checked out the DMS user docs?

Wonderful news hansonexperience. Though I'm not sure why it wouldn't work with your other address? But I'm very glad you are able to get it up and running and thanks for checking back and letting us know!

How can I get support on pagelines DMS? The product isn't that old and my skeleton themes aren't working and I can't get support in the same way?

I have a number of legacy websites that are running on the above version of Pagelines DMS, where the template has stopped working. I am using a skeleton theme to all of them. What do I need to do to rectify this.

I am having an issue with DMS editor not loading.  Just keeps spinning and spinning.
Have tried several things - Logged in and out, cleared cache, deactivated all plugins, but the issue persists.
I even had our host restore from a backup a few weeks ago, when I know it WAS working, as I edited a text box on the homepage.  The restore from backup didn't help either.
Also, the front end of the site shows that the site is framed, or boxed now (whatever you call it), instead of full width as it was previously (last week).
Dev console shows that there are php errors in Google maps - file is attached.
Can someone please help?  Not sure what else I can do here...
      Thanks in advance.
