Looking for help on creating pages in my navigation menu. I want to post articles and be able to link articles on different topics. Each topic I'd like to have as a separate page on the navigation bar. For example if the topic is coaching. Then i'm looking at having the page say coaching. Someone clicks on that topic then i'd like to have a list of posts on coaching only, so specific to that topic.

I have no idea how to do this, i've been messing around with this all day today. Just signed up earlier this morning. I have no coding experience at all and i'm really looking for some guidance.

Ideally i'd like to be able to post on my main page (home page) and then when someone clicks on a specific post, it takes them to the specific topic page, where they can read more about that post and other posts of the same topic.

Hi oliva1mj - The easiest way to accomplish this is through the use of categories. Let's take your example - you'd put up a post and categorize it as "coaching" (more details on how to add categories can be found here http://codex.wordpress.org/Posts_Categories_SubPanel). Then, you navigate to Appearance - Menus and instead of selecting pages or links for your menu items, click on categories and add those to your menu instead (see example http://d.pr/i/MZIT). Then when a user clicks on the Coaching category from you nav bar, they'll be taken to a page that displays all posts under that specific category.

Have you searched the forums yet or checked out the DMS user docs?
