Is it possible to add Boxes to a page?

Recommended Posts

I am still working on a site using the EcoPro Theme, and I was wondering if it is possible to add the Pagelines "Boxes" from the feature page into every page. Only it is important that all boxes could be customizable so they could have different content in each page. Is this possible?

Every page should have an option on the page fKADq.jpg and each box has a page ID area for control tVGKl.jpg

I tried that, but whenever I added a "New Feature Box" it erased my previous ones =[ I lost all the boxes I already had in my feature page, and I still cant add all the boxes I would need (about 20 total, spread between 5 pages). Also, I would like some of the pages to have a different box style, with 2 columns and 3 rows. Is this possible?

How many do you get total before they start to erase?

It was just erasing from the first... =[ But I installed a new WP and EcoPro and it worked fine... so its definitly not the theme! I am guessing it was something with the WP installation. Thanks anyway for the help =D

Hey guys, can we add Feature Boxes to any page in iBlog Pro? I would like to add a few rows of three, maybe even two boxes across. Will that work just by adding more Feature boxes? If so, how do I control which ones will show up what page? I don't want to use the same ones on the homepage everywhere. Thanks!

I had trouble understanding how to use the option to have Feature Boxes showing on selected pages, but I figured it out... Firstly, if you want to assign tailored sets of Feature Boxes to pages other than the home page then you must start setting the "Display Page IDs (optional)" for all you Feature Boxes, including those you want to display on the Home Page. See: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0b52zty79 Here I have two sets of Feature Boxes... the "Home Box" set and the "Feature Box Test" set. See: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0c92zu426 The Home Box set has the ID 7578. See: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0262zub95 The Feature Box Test set has the ID 8456. See: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0b02zud64 Now, I go to the Edit Page of where I want the Feature Box Test set to display (in my case, page ID 8456) and tick the option to "Show feature boxes (from feature setup) on this page". See: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0b02zui13 And so... the Feature Test Box set now appears on the top of my Page ID 8456, just like so: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0482zutcb Hope that helps.

Where do you find the Page ID's? I don't see them listed anywhere?
