No Id or Class on Widget Titles

Recommended Posts

julianyoung

Hi folks, for some reason despite having an active account I can't post in the (paid) for version forum so I'm posting here.

My site here has some widgets in the footer -> http://www.sanctoriumbeauty.co.uk/

The title's don't seem to have a class or id I can quickly ping a style against so they look naff. Anyone know how to remedy this?

Thanks!

Hi julianyoung - First of all, my apologies you've had some issues accessing the forum, please have another go at logging out and back in again, I think you'll find the problem has been resolved.

Your question regarding the footer widget styling has come up a few times and we're still waiting on a solution. It's a 3rd party plugin and I just contacted the plugin developer again this morning to inquire on a status for adding ids or classes, but have not yet heard back. To get around the issue, I've researched some other custom sidebar plugins and suggest you try this one http://wordpress.org/plugins/sidebar-manager-light/ as you will be able to style your widget titles.

Have you searched the forums yet or checked out the DMS user docs?

I stuck with the same plugin and just used the "title" section you can purchase in the DMS store. You can see it here in the footer: http://jennajonespreview1.info/
