Cannot disable account panel

Recommended Posts

radroz

I have a site that I need the client to be able to make changes, and input the following code in the wp-config.php file:

  1. define(‘DMS_DISABLE_ACCOUNT_PANEL’,true);

  1. define(‘DMS_DISABLE_KARMA_PANEL’,true);

Is there any reason why these would not work? Because it ain't working. It's supposed to lock it down for everyone, but I can still see it.

It wasn't formatted correctly, it had apostrophes formatted correctly.

Okay, I see. It used the smart quotes instead of the straight quotes. Damn snake bit me again.

\Ah perfect!  I had the same problem.  Added the code before and it didn't work but copied this code and pasted in my cheat sheet as HTML text and added it to the wp-config file and it worked!

Thanks Dan
