navbar css customizations

Recommended Posts

I'm re-creating a client's site using the new DMS. The current site - http://wwww.clearskinvictoria.com has navigation that simply has the page names listed without a 'bar' with outline, background gradient, drop shadow etc.

Try as I might (with firebug) I cannot find the css selectors to remove these aspects of the navbar in the new dms version of the site at http://www.csvl.box9design.org.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

You could use the following CSS, to remove the background gradient, border and box-shadows:

#site .navbar {
background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
background-image: none;
border: 0 none;
box-shadow: none;
}

However, your original site is using the Nav Classic section, we have a legacy plugin which contains all the old sections from PageLines Framework, including the Nav Classic section. If you're more comfortable using the Nav Classic, then I recommend you use the legacy plugin.
