I suddenly don't have access to the paid forum anymore?

I get the following message.

Technical Support (Personal, Business, & Developer)
DMS Customer Support.

This forum is for customers with an active DMS subscription. If you have a subscription and need access simply go to the account area here and login, your account should then sync and you will be given access.

A few other issues I'm trying to resolve through that forum are:

- I suddenly cant view/edit posts anymore.

- Every time I save a page in wordpress to one of my pagelines templates listed along the right under 'load pagelines template' it doesnt save and says 'no template assigned'.

- I'm setting up a few templates but haven't worked out how to save copy into the pages I assign to the templates.

Appreciate your assistance.

Jason

There is access and continued support in the Free forum.  The premium forum is limited to those with paid subscriptions.  You could always upgrade from the free edition to one of the plans.

I am a paid subscriber. Martin has helped me out and I am back in.

But i still have the following question:

My posts don't seem to be working. When I add Content/Post Loop into my template it doesnt give me the magazine layout option and it links back to my homepgae in WP when i click it?

Thank you.

Jason

Hello Outrageous

Please can you start a new topic with your support request outlined in your post and we will take a look for you.

Thanks :)

The answer to many issues can be found by searching in the forum before posting as someone else  may very well have had the same problem before you have.  Also, reading the documentation can help you gain a good understanding of how everything works.

Please do not send me private messages. Occam's razor - The principle states "Keep things simple!"

Close the browser to clear the cache.  Login to your account at http://www.pagelines.com/my-account.  Log out there.  Then login again.

Open a new window or tab in your browser and go to http://forum.pagelines.com.  Scroll down to PageLines DMS and click Technical Support (Personal, Business and Developer).  You should be able to access the forum.

Note;  You will see the big warning at the top.  Scroll down.  The forum will be below it.
