How to access Technical Support (Personal, Business, & Developer)

How can I access the technical support for Clients???
 
I have followed the description:
 
"This forum is for customers with an active DMS subscription. If you have a subscription and need access simply go to the account area here and login, your account should then sync and you will be given access."
 
Result: Nothing is syncing, I am still blocked out.

Hi metehankul"] and @[member="sreggie"] and @[member="Armin - My apologies for the issues you're experiencing. Try these steps to solve the problem:

Log out of the forum completely
Log into your account at https://www.pagelines.com/my-account/
Log back into forum

If you still can't log in after those steps, clear your browser cache and give it another go.

I've followed your steps multiple times but unfortunately it didn't do me any good. Even though I'm a payed member, able to use all features, the forum doesn't recognize me.

Hi metehankul and others having this problem. My apologies that the fix isn't working for you. I'm getting word that it's working for some but not for others. If you wouldn't mind, please email [email protected] with your login credentials and they are going to try to troubleshoot the problem and resolve on a case by case basis.
