Have installed DMS after buying developer edition, but only get Lite version

Hi, I am having difficulty getting anything other than the lite version working. I have installed the version that I received after paying for the developer edition, but when I try to login through my website (Pagelines dashboard), all I get is some links to upgrade (some of which go to a 404 error page) The upgrade button just takes me through the whole process again. There is no link to log in or put in my software key. (screenshot attached). I have tried downloading 'dms.zip' again from my account page and reinstalling with no effect. I have also tried disabling all the plugins which did not work either.

How do I get it to convert to the paid version with all of the functionality? All I can do at the moment is add text but there is nothing to drag or drop.

Thanks in advance for your help. I am very much looking forward to working with it once I get it going.

Further to this, I decided to do a test and so installed it on another testing site I have with the same host and it worked ok. So then I tried again on my main one; changed the main theme back to 2013, deleted dms and reinstalled it again, and this time it worked, so problem solved on my end.

Your installation becomes a Developer edition when the proper account information and your license key are added to the Account.  You received an email with this info, but it should also be available to you via http://www.pagelines.com/my-account

You shouldn't be trying to activate via Dashboard > PageLines.

Using Chrome, log into your site as admin.

View the site (not the dashboard, but the site's front page).

You'll see the DMS Toolbar.  Click on Account.  Add your email account used for the purchase and the license key. Save.

Your next step is to go to http://docs.pagelines.com and read the docs.

You're right, I think the problem was actually that I was trying to find it in the wordpress dashboard > pagelines > pagelines dashboard.. You have to actually be viewing the site itself. So it was probably there all along but I was looking in the wrong place, and when I reloaded it it took me there first. It might be worth clarifying that you need to be looking at the site to be able to see the DMS toolbar in your documentation (http://docs.pagelines.com/getting-started/installation) for other people who might be as thick as me.  :-)

Thanks for your help! It looks great so far.

Excellent.  I'll discuss the docs with our specialist team for those.
