upgrade membership from Personal to Business or Developer

Hey Staff..

 

I have Personal membership (paid monthly). I'd like to "upgrade" to either Business or Developer membership (paid monthly). I can't find an Upgrade Membership link. I know I can add the desired membership level to the cart and pay the full fee, but since I just paid my monthly invoice yesterday, is there any way I can just upgrade and pay the difference between the two?

Hi click - just shoot a quick email over to hello@pagelines.com and the billing department will get you set up and squared away!

Thanks Jake, I will.  Might want to consider a big shiny "Upgrade Membership" button on user account page that automatically pro-rates the fee to upgrade. People like big shiny buttons :  )

FYI for those wishing to upgrade membership.  Here's the response from customer service.

 

 

 

As you are currently on a monthly subscription, all you will need to do to update is vsithttp://www.pagelines.com/my-account and cancel your current subscription. This subscription will continue running until the end of it's current month. 

We are unable to edit your subscription on a pro-rata basis unfortunately, as the subscription payments are fixed on a set amount. Then you can simply sign up to the new subscription you wish to use athttp://www,pagelines.com/pricing/ to continue your service.

 

Fine, but a little clunky.
