Is there any solution for Pagelines Developer's version customers, now that DMS has replaced it?

As I understand, Pagelines Framework will not longer be updated. The solution is to migrate to DMS.

The thing is I paid for Pagelines Framework. The DMS version offered is a free solution with limited functions, and anybody can use it. Then there is DMS Premium, wich offers more, and you have to pay for it.

 

My credit card information was saved in your system when I purchased Pagelines Developer's version, I suppose there are not going to be any more charges for this product.

I feel enforced to pay for a solution to a product that worked fine at first and now is deprecated. Shouldn't I, as a client, get more ?
I love Pagelines, and I hope not to be dissapointed as a client.

Hi,

 

First, to clarify, Framework will continue to get security and core system upgrades to keep it up to date with WordPress.  Your investment isn't going to be lost now or in the near future.  If you look at our history with PlatformPro > Framework, you'll see that the full transition from release of Framework to the final EOL (End Of Life) of PlatformPro was well over 20 months.  We just formally stopped providing PlatformPro support in July, really.  I would say, honestly, you're safe for at least 18 months, which is pretty good for any software system.

 

I cannot answer about charges, but if you were paying for PLUS in Framework when DMS was released, you got DMS free.  To check, our billing desk would have to look up your account. They can be reached at hello@pagelines.com.  Keep in mind, I'm not passing the buck, but here, we don't have access to account info.

 

Can you help me? Please tell me where did you hear that Framework is deprecated.  I'm trying to track down this misinformation from its source.

About your question, I read a comment in the forums, can't remember where.

Today I payed for DMS developer, I had to put my credit card info, it wasn't saved, but I'm still worried. I'll write to the billing desk.

      Hello Pagelines,   I no longer use pagelines services. I have deactivated the automatic annual payment. But it already charged to my credit card. Since I cancelled my contract before the end, Can I request to refund?

      I am wanting to know what the status of the Pagelines Platform.
      I have noticed that there has been absolutely no updates on Platform 5 for over 8 months.
      Please tell me you haven't gone off on another tangent and going to build the next great solution
      and then leave all of us to have to completely rebuild our sites like we did for
      Pagelines, then DMS, then Pagelines Platform.
      I like what you build, but what you need to do is build one product and then make it better, rather than 
      abandoning it and building something else.
      You haven't done anything for so long that even WordPress is providing a warning.
      "Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress."
      So what is the Status. I mean if I am going to pay a monthly fee for a product, I don't want to pay for one
      that is no longer being supported. You have a great product, I'm not bashing it, I'm just wondering what 
      your next move is because I have business decisions to make for myself, and whether of not this is something
      I should stick with.

      I am having an issue with DMS editor not loading.  Just keeps spinning and spinning.
      Have tried several things - Logged in and out, cleared cache, deactivated all plugins, but the issue persists.
      I even had our host restore from a backup a few weeks ago, when I know it WAS working, as I edited a text box on the homepage.  The restore from backup didn't help either.
      Also, the front end of the site shows that the site is framed, or boxed now (whatever you call it), instead of full width as it was previously (last week).
      Dev console shows that there are php errors in Google maps - file is attached.
      Can someone please help?  Not sure what else I can do here...

      Hi everyone, what happens is that the web page metrosalarmas.com has a google tags which I have not attacked where I can look to remove those tags and be able to locate the correct ones.
