Good day!

 

I recently renewed DMS for another month, but seem to have run into some problems. I've received confirmation of purchase and it appears as a completed order under recent orders in my account, but if I view my membership the status remains on-hold and I have received no karma for the purchase. Also, when trying to access Global Options the circular loading arrows appear but the menus do not load.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Please forgive me, but we don't have the ability to fix account issues from the forum. However, all account issues are handled by our help desk which can be reached at hello@pagelines.com. If you write them, they can look up your account and find out what's happening.
