Javascript code not working in Textbox?

I have been using the handy code at HiveLogic for years to create Javascript code that results in a "MailTo:emailAddr..." style link that webbots can't see, but humans do. Tried this in a Textbox section on a page where I also have a GravityForms form and the code does not seem to get rendered.

That code produces a simple mailto:myaddr...  with a default subject line and clickable text on a regular HTML page.

 

Any clues guys???

Actually, you can just go to http://hivelogic.com/enkoder/  and get the code directly. Just enter an email addr, default subject and the clickable text (like "click here to contact us") and the code will be displayed in the results box, then just copy/paste where you need it. This way you can experiment.

Since this code does not seem to work in DMS TextBoxes, I've removed the code - bummer. Still would like to know what DMS sections will allow this code to be used. Thanks for going to http://hivelogic.com/enkoder/ and grabbing a JS code block to experiment with - the Enkoder is such a useful function, would hate to no longer be able to use if with DMS

Enter your code into a MediaBox and not a TextBox, when entered into a textbox the code works.
