CSS in header for IE, Firefox not matching Chrome

Recommended Posts

No matter what I do to the CSS properties, Im unable to remove the extra height spacing in the header which only appears in IE and Firefox (Chrome is good).  I had my developer look at this too and he's also stumped...his comments:

"In mozila I see a tons of weird css, especiall :after and :before content which I don’t see in chrome at all"

I somehow suspect that for each of the sections, such as MediaBox or text areas, columns, etc, where there's a setting for Min-Height, you've left it as the default.

Change the value to 1px and see if that helps.

Thanks Rob,  I changed all those options and any custom CSS in the header to 1px.  Please take a look in Chrome vs Firefox.  ....it's pretty messed up.

Rob, also upon further investigation, it appears the height issue in FF and IE is coming from divs that don't have height properties....is there a way to fix this?  Perhaps I need to rebuild my header without columns?

Let me guess... the min-height needed adjustment.
