Account Activation Issue - Why am I paying for this?

I've been trying to activate my DMS pro... I have been unsuccessful for quite some time. The activation just sits on saving. 
I spent some time searching through the forums to see if there is a solution to this problem... No resolution has been found or given. 
There hasn't been a single post or explanation about this issue any where, which is weird when clearly i'm not the only one having this problem. 

On a service that operates on a monthly fee, you'd think known issues would be addressed and given some clarity to the users experiencing the issue. 

Pagelines support team... Any help would be openly appreciated. ;-)
