Cannot activate site with account credentials

I want to switch an old page with framework to DMS.

 

When I enter the credentials on the "Account/ Your account" and click upgrade it shows a rotating thingie and says "saving". But it will keep on rotating and never save.

 

I have a DMS developer licence.

Any solution? I need to urgently get this running, as my site only shows a maintenance screen.

Hi,

 

Can you disable all active plugins and see if this resolves your issue.

Disabled all plugins, but activation doesn't work, the arrow turns since 5 minutes now

Maybe it is to the prior install of framework?

I was previously activated, but then my account said it wasn't activated. I deactivating just now, but it is not letting me re-activate either. I have not installed any new plugins.

Yes for me. But i was registered in 0.9.6.

Yes. I had the page running on framework. Then installed DMS and activated it as a theme.

I already built several other (new) sites in DMS. But this is the first time I want to switch on (old) framework based site to DMS.

I just tried to do a fresh install of pagelines dms on a completely new and fresh domain with no wordpress plugins and it's not activating either

I am still unable to activate my pagelines pro account! Where is support? Why is this not being fixed?

@bartok,

 

You can email Pagelines to open up a ticket: hello@pagelines.com. Only one email is needed and they work in the order in which an email is received.

I thought I was the only one today. Having the same issue.

 

All plugins are disabled. I have deleted through normal means and through ftp and uploaded through both means and still nothing. Still just sits and spins.

Hi there, I've just seen an email relating to this thread on the main inbox, so have spoken with the developer to try and troubleshoot what's happening.

It doesn't seem to be happening on every account, just a few select ones and seems to be related to the login timing out. https://github.com/pagelines/DMS/commit/850307892368c614ab2941c574ec77ec31270d6f

A new function has been added to latest version of the Framework via git to correct this. You can download this from https://github.com/pagelines/DMS using the link on the right hand side to correct the problem and replace your current version of DMS.

The next mainstream update through the dashboard will include this fix.

I've downloaded the .zip, replace my theme with the one in the .zip and it works, i've activated my account. But i'm in DMS version 0.9 and update manager ask me to update to 0.9.7. I will not update till 0.9.8. I hope this version will come quickly.
