Can't scroll to top of page in Safari Browser

Recommended Posts

Hello,

My site is not displaying properly in Safari-- the top of each page is cut off below the nav bar. I've attached screen shots from both Chrome and Safari so you can see what I mean.

Please advise.

Thank you.

I downloaded Safari for Windows, fresh.  Viewed your site and it looks exactly the same in Safari as in Firefox.

If you're seeing in your computer, and I'm not, we have to find the variables.  As you see, I'm on windows.  What OS do you have Safari in?

Have you checked Safari on other devices with different OS?

      Greetings
I just migrated an old DMS2 site to PL5 at cassClayton.com. If you look at the site on Safari browser, you will see the top nav bar (NavPro) is white, but gets revealed as you start to scroll the page. NavPro is used in the Header section, then a Text section in which I have Shortcode for the Smart Slider3 plugin. Would have preferred to use a PL-compatible slider but found it difficult to get Flick and Impress slider to simply fill full screen, just height of images (they were filling whole screen, hence large black area filling in the rest).
So seems on Safari that the load order of the plugin may be causing the Nav bar to be overwritten? or something.
      Hoping someone can help?
thanks...  (works fine on Chrome, Firefox, even Tor, just not Safari)

I have found that many of the components, especially lists, do not work in the Edge browser.
For example https://nkdagility.com/ has 6 video boxes that only render in Chrome and do not show in Edge.

On my site www.modishmel.com I'm seeing the "blog post title" within the "pins" plugin section breaking words into multiple lines. See screenshot attached.
Only seeing it in Firefox. Can you help?

      Hi,
After I installed platform 5, a Scroll Nav stopped working properly. It stopped following down as I scroll down the screen and it is very frustrating....
I tried to add a new Scroll Nav, deactivated platform 5 or whatever I could think of to refresh to get the function back but nothing works out...
Please please please help me wise folks out there!
      Thanks,
