navbar transparency and background image

Recommended Posts

Hey folks. Another question.

At my site, http://www.lifecycleinsights.com, I have a background image for the header and a logo image using Pagelines Framework. I am trying to recreate in a test environment at http://www.testblog1234.com.

I have the logo image dropped in. However, I don't see a way to make the navbar color transparent. I also don't see how to add in a horizontally repeating background image behind it.

I searched and couldn't find anything related to navbar background image or transparency.

ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

Add the following code to your custom CSS/LESS.

#site .navbar.pl-color-black-trans {
background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.5);

However, when I view your other site, you're not using a NavBar, but the Branding section from what I can see. So your layout is quite different. Your transparent black area is actually an image that is assigned to the body class.

Please search our forums, before posting!
