Error after moving site

Recommended Posts

Hi :-)

I am woving a Pagelines Framework site from http://bedreweb.dk/mm to http://mathieumedia.dk.linux48.unoeuro-server.com using the clone-tool in ManageWP.

After the move I get this:

Warning: is_file() [function.is-file]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/bedreweb/public_html/mm/wp-content/themes/pagelines-template-theme/sections/simple_nav/section.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/mathieumedia.dk/:/var/www/tmp/) in/var/www/mathieumedia.dk/public_html/wp-content/themes/pagelines/includes/class.register.php on line 140

Any idea on what to do? I have tried to make a new install with a different table prefix - but it is the same :-(

Thank you,

Bolette

Hi Bolette,

On first view, it appears the transfer left some files in the new domain's tmp file (a temporary file) use for swapping information.  You may need to ask the folks at ManageWP.  While the error is showing pagelines, it doesn't mean that the problem is in or caused by PageLines.

It looks like the permalinks haven't been updated on the new location.  Try going to Dashboard > Permalinks  and save the settings.   Do not change them. Just save.  This will update the location information the system will have for that plugin.

Let us know if that works. However, my earlier suggestion of contacting ManageWP is probably the best.
