Hi

I am looking to translate DMS. The docs talk about language folder inside pagelines folder. I can't find any po, mo or pot file. Any tip for me?

Thanks

Inside language folder I find a txt with this text:

********************************************************

PageLines I18n

pagelines.pot is rendered by the api on the fly

You will find it

********************************************************

"You will find it" where? :P

Hi, The translation page needs updating slightly. Which I have just done! There is no language folder in DMS, as its not update safe, meaning if you were to add translations there, when updating DMS, your translations would be removed. If you wish to translate DMS, you will want to either use the Base Theme or the Customize Plugin and then follow the instructions on the doc.

I see that. I have created a folder inside the child theme I have installed. I just can't get the translation file from anywhere. Do you know where I can download it?

What is the Customize Plugin??

Just to be sure that we are on the same page, this is the translation guides link i am following: http://docs.pagelines.com/advanced/translating-dms

It doesn't refer any Customize Plugin. Although I have the Poedit app installed and I am used to use it. I am just needing some source file to start translating.

The docs do refer to a Customize Plugin and provides instructions on how to use it. I wrote the page, so I know they're there, on the page it's named as PageLines Customize Plugin.

For information on the Customize Plugin see here - http://docs.pagelines.com/customize/pagelines-customize-plugin

The instructions on how to install are not currently accurate due to the server attacks. You can download the Customize Plugin here - http://forum.pagelines.com/topic/28568-framework-store-free-products/

¿Where can  I translate the english items "Orders", "Adress", "Payment Methods". "Edit Account" and "Sing Out"of the my account page of the plugin Quickshop? In the po file they are not.
I think that it have relation with this error: "Your theme version of my-account.php template', '2.6', 'the latest version, which supports multiple account pages and navigation, from WC 2.6.0".

I use the Frame Work Pagelines´s Child theme for platform 5.

Are there any instructions for this? Seems like the plugin use standard .mo/.po for translation, but how do I prevent my language file from being overwritten with updates?
Support for different number and currency formats in sections is also missing. For me this is an issue with Boxes. I can't use the counter with the current format (thousands separator), it looks really odd in Norwegian (and a lot of other languages).

There is no language key 'Read More <i class="icon icon-angle-right"></i>‘, so this wouldn’t translate:
      dms/sections/postloop/section.php#282
      - __('Read More <i class="icon icon-angle-right"></i>', 'pagelines') + __('Read More', 'pagelines').' <i class="icon icon-angle-right"></i>'
