Hello Pagelines people.

Just starting a new project for a client,

I am using Pagelines Framework with wordpress.

i have logged into my account but it seems i get a fatal error when trying to get any of the plugins or sections..

this is the error..

Fatal error!
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

the site i am starting is.

www.spainvest.biz
no other plugins are installed, i have just started with this project

I have checked with my other clients sites and it seems that i can login and use the sections plugin ok.

Any help would be cool.  I am using my Framework developer account, and i have several clients starting new projects in the coming weeks.

Many thanks

Hi David,

Please note that you can get all your previously purchased Store products and the latest version of Framework from your Launchpad, and any of the free Store productcts through the links provided in this post:  http://forum.pagelines.com/topic/28568-framework-store-free-products/

That error is created because of a conflict with the API and the links you're using.  Many apologies.

You may have to FTP to install some products.  Please let us know if you need any guidance.

Hello and Many thanks for the reply.

As im not a programmer, not even falling short of one,

How do i fix this problem?

What links am i using that are causing this conflict?

where does the conflict with the API come from?

is it wordpress?

is it page lines?

is it the hosting company?

Since i only had the index set up, there were not alot of links etc--

Please could you shed some light on this for me so as i can resolve the problem rather just just brushing it away.

many thanks

There is nothing for you to fix. It is not something you did. All you need to do is use the links provided, and use FTP (which is basically a file manager) to install any files needed.
