Fatal Error when installing Sections Plugin

Arrrggghhhh..NOT happy.

Have just installed pageline Framework, now I can actually access my account on launchpad. Added my credentials then tried to add coreframework sections..which throws the following error:

---

Fatal error!
The package could not be installed.

PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to

find End of Central Dir Record signature

---

I have clients waiting for work to be completed - I can't proceed without being able to add the various sections, plugins and base theme.

WHEN WILL THIS BE SORTED OUT??

..I've kept pretty patient, signed up for DMS etc but teh days keep going by and still can't access features that I've paid to be able to access.

A response - a work-around, even posting up a zip containing sections etc would help?

Hi lazlo

Please, you can also try the other base theme of Nick, a great pageline developer at https://github.com/b...x">theme</span>

I upload my plugins here

pagelines-customize

https://fp.io/2e8e7433/

and

pagelines-sections

https://fp.io/5ec392fa/

Please, extract this is your PC or Mac and then upload via FTP, this is not the "original Zip", I compress it for upload.

I hope this help you

Well you are going to hear it again :D :thumbsu:  THANK YOU Batman. I have just uploaded the Pagelines-sections via FTP. First time I have ever done that. Took me awhile to realise it needed to go in PLUGINS. Then it took me awhile to get the files into the plugin folder (file manager wouldn't do it for some reason), so had to get set up with FileZilla, so had to figure out what my ftp address was, password was etc etc etc. All this is great to learn - would prefer NOT learning it when I have a deadline - but that is often how it happens....! Thanks again.

Hiya again Batman.

Another hair pulling puzzle!

I was able to upload sections but they are not showing up on Page Options or Drag n Drop. When I tried uploading them again I got this message:

'Destination folder already exists /home/sites/dancebiodanza.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/better-carousel/'

Am I forgetting a step? I am a newbie.

Cheers (or tears!?)

Robin

Hi Robin
I´m a newbie too.
The Pagelines Store is working
Please go to this
If you uploaded the "better-carousel" via FTP you can delete it and upload via
Pagelines > Store > Your Added Sections.

Hiya

I did load it via the store. It said upload successful, but the new sections never appeared in > Your Added Sections. I refreshed the Store, closed and opened WP. But nothing shows. I will delete them tho and try again. Thanks for the idea!

I have the same problem of all!!

How can use the Pagelines Store to add plugins, integrations and section to my PageLines Framework Pro 2.4.4 install!?!
It always shows a "fatal error".

Hi there, I've answered your question on the other thread you posted, please don't create multiple posts on older threads as the moderating team may see these as already resolved at the top of the thread and not see your question. Please start a new topic if experiencing problems.

To install previous purchases to the pagelines framework, please download the zip file for the plugin or section you wish to install from your launchpad account at www.pagelines.com/launchpad. Then install manually into the site via the plugins tab for a plugin or via PageLines>store>sections>upload for a section.

Kindly search the forum and read the documentation before posting. It will help you resolve many issues.

For CSS help be sure to check out W3Schools first and be sure to download FireBug for FireFox for troubleshooting.
