Column as sidebar

Recommended Posts

I am using a column as a sidebar, is there anyway to shadow this or change its color?  I know how to do the coding when it was the old framework, I just used firebug and got what the sidebar was called etc.  However, firebug does not pic up the column for me to do this, are their any suggestions?

Hi, did you find this html?

<div class="pl-section-pad fix">
<div class="pl-sortable-column pl-sortable-area editor-row ui-sortable ui-sortable-disabled">

That is selecting the my sidebar column. But you can also use the edit pencil for that column and add you own class to use.

The classed for the html mentioned are not only targetting one column, so I think you have to make it more specific with:

<section id="plcolumnc363bb" data-object="PLColumn" data-sid="plcolumn" data-clone="c363bb" class="pl-section span3 offset0 section-plcolumn pl-sortable level1">

or use your own class like I told before.
