FWIW, I did an update on one of my multisite networks, which, although live, is still in production.

All seems well so far.

Looks like nested divs are extending past the confined content area:

Not really sure why thats happening. Any ideas?

Don't know if this will help but when I remove the width dimension in the following code the site lines up fine:

#site .content, #footer .content {
width: 1100px;
}

Not sure if that screws up something else though.
