Why am I not able to connect my site to the Pagelines store

When I built my site, I was able to connect to the store to add plugins and even join the Live Chat.  I built my site on my own staging server and then moved it to a production server.  I thought that the move might have been the issue, but I just tested on my staging site as well as one of my other sites and I am unable to connect to the store or the live chat.


Is this a result of the new DMS or is something else going on?


Also, how is that your website doesn't have support contact email information anywhere other than this forum?
