Fatal DMS Error

Recommended Posts

medapoint

I just uploaded the DMS theme and now all my pages have this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function pl_has_editor() in /home/content/27/8853127/html/wp-content/themes/dms/sections/navbar/section.php on line 222

How do I fix this?

I am also getting the same error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function pl_has_editor() in /usr/home/kratzman/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/dms/sections/navbar/section.php on line 222

Any ideas on fixing this as there is no access to absolutely anything which is not good!

Can you try disabling all plugins, as I haven't encountered this issues and see if this resolve the problem.

Please search our forums, before posting!

That same error appears on every page, even when I am on the dashboard. I went through my hosting account and renamed the dms file to disable it.

Should I redownload the dms file and reload it or will I likely run into the same problem?

Hi,

I am getting the error too. Mine looks like below. I tried to install DMS and next thing was website and dashboard both down. All I see is this:

Fatal error: Call to a member function register_tab() on a non-object in /var/sites/i/imagyarweddings.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pagelines-sections/pagelines-soapbox/section.php on line 62

Just came back for those others in this thread to tell that I have resolved the issue (not sure why we are not getting support) by

1. switched theme to eleven twelve (anything to, just make framework inactive)

2. deactivated plugins

3. cleared sidebars by moving widgets to inactive area

and THEN

4 installed and activated DMS

It seems if it doesn't find anything of its own kind to clash with (like legacy themes or framework) then it instals ok.
