Purchased the theme but where is it?

I purchased the theme Faithful on the store in DMS, received email billing, money and downloaded from the credit card, but where is the theme? There is not in my sections, there i not a download link in my account.

I purchased the same theme and cannot find where the link is in my CP to download.  I see my DMS Personal license/download link but no theme.

You are not doing a good impression, are two days that expect an answer, the money was taken from the credit card, but the theme is not yet available, we understand that you have had problems but at least unaa response to paying customers .... .. :-(

The answer to many issues can be found by searching in the forum before posting as someone else  may very well have had the same problem before you have.  Also, reading the documentation can help you gain a good understanding of how everything works.

I´m a user like you but i read at forum that they are delay.

Hi batman, you are a great , but:

 

Who works understands that may be problems arose because of the haker, but at least put a staff person to respond promptly and take charge of the issues, it is a matter of fairness to me, I'm sorry I loved PageLines

Please, let's have a little patience and give them the opportunity to resolve the problems, many of them are for own security,
I´m sure that they are working hard.

I have no doubt that they work hard, but trust us, and we gave DMS buying it now takes the results, a week of patience is gone, the problem is, how much longer? However, look a little bit more patience, Ciao grande, Clodis.
