Signed up for Plus. Having trouble right away.

I upgraded to Plus but am having troubles right away with installing the Plus Extensions.

 

I'm trying this from within the Pagelines them, using the Plus Extensions area.

 

First time I was redirected to the Store section. Second time an error popped up for only seconds. Third time it says the plugin already exists in my plugins folder but I still can't access it to use. Fourth time it just times out on the installation prompt and never does anything.

Can you enable PageLines debug mode (PageLines > Site Options > Advanced) and a link to the site in question.

Hi SIdian,

 

If you can't get the extension from Dashboard > PageLines > Dashboard > Plus Extensions, as long as your credentials are in proper order ( under Your Account), and match the account for Plus, then you can also get the extensions via Dashboard > PageLines Store (Sections or Plugins).  Anything in Plus Extensions will show up there as available to Plus customers free.

 

If that doesn't work, please note the account entered into Dashboard > PageLines > Dashboard > Your Account and send the account name to [email protected] to make sure they can match your account to the Plus Account.  It's possible the transaction may have gone to a different one.
