Like button cropping

Hi Folks 

I'm having a problem with my Facebook like button. The code I used is:

<div class="span5">[like_button url=http://www.magva.com] [twitter_button] [googleplus]</div>

</div>

But as you can see from the attached picture, the input filed is cropped. Has anyone ever seen this before?
