Developer Plus Account - Prompted to Sign Up For Plus Again?

I have a Developer License and Plus Membership. 

 

Today I am being prompted to add a Plus Account?  When I access Plus areas - e.g. Live Chat.

 

My monthly renewal is the 8th of the month through auto payments with Paypal.  The Paypal subscription is still active so why is there a lapse in membership?

      I was wondering, as we are many of us that's going over to pl5 instead of DMS2, I understand that it's grandfathered for now, and it's working on "hand-off" and all that stuff.
      But I think we all wonder, what will the approx price be..? Will it be similar to the DMS-subscription with unlimited sites, och will it be limited?

      Hi there, have been using dms developer since it came out and loving it
       
      One of my sites has just stopped showing the dms editor on the front end, I'm using chrome??
       
      It just doesn't show any of the usual bits to display options, refresh the page, the toolbar at the bottom and everything is missing??
       
      Any help greatly appreciated

      On my pre-dms pagelines site, I struggled for months with browser-compatibilty issues and nonresponsive behaviors even tho pl was sold to me as "never touch  line of code."  So, I want to be assured that if I buy a theme, all of those issues have been dealt with and resolved.  And I want o know that my site will look good on all browsers and all devices.  I do not want to do the work. And I want to know that the developer will fix any problems that arise because of the above.  Please respond.  Thank you.
