theoptimystic 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2013 I posted this before but I can't find the conversation. When I post a link to my domain ( http://thinkwithyourheart.com) in the status bar on facebook a few thumbnail options show up but not the thumbnails I need. It used to pull up more images from the page but now it does not. I know this is no simple fix...I have tried the meta tags plugin and putting code in the header...also used the image as the featured image on the page and still not showing up. Can you please help? theoptimystic 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2013 Ok, so I activated the plugin and I see that the box is checked under the "social" settings for Facebook Opengraph. I also used that link to see what images does Facebook does see -- and the confusing thing is that it brings up all the images on the homepage. However, when I use the link itself on facebook it provides me with a limited three thumbnails option. I've tried code before in the head section .... could you help with what I add or if it will work now with the plugin? Confused where to go from here ... thanks for the help! James B 436 Report post Posted May 2, 2013 Hi there Have you installed the plugin that Catrina suggested, the yoast seo plugin? I've not used this before for this purpose but according to her post it allows you to select the thumbnail independently that facebook will use for the post. Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to help you directly with the settings for the plugin, as it's not directly related to the framework. However, more information on the plugin and the facebook images can be found here - http://yoast.com/facebook-open-graph-protocol/ Kindly search the forum and read the documentation before posting. It will help you resolve many issues. For CSS help be sure to check out W3Schools first and be sure to download FireBug for FireFox for troubleshooting.
