PageLines Framework Dashboard Missing

Problem: Can you please assist me in getting the Pagelines Dashboard back onto my reiblitz.com account?

Background: A few weeks ago, I added a second website (reibltiz.com) to my Pagelines Framework Professional Edition account. I had all of the features in the beginning. But, at some point the advanced dashboard disappeared. All of my site and page options are available as a list of hyperlinks rather than the sophisticated Pagelines Dashboard. My first site (candoronline.com) is the first site I added to my Professional Edition account. Candoronline seems to be working okay, though now I'm afraid to update it to the latest version of Pagelines until after I get reiblitz.com fixed. So, can someone please assist me in getting the Pagelines Dashboard back onto my reiblitz.com account?

Hi,

Please disable all non-PageLines plugins and see if this resolves your issue.

OMG!! It worked! praise the Lord!!!! Thank you!!! It seems one of the plugins I was using has its own theme dashboard. But, when I first installed the pluggin, both dashboards were working so I wasn't tipped off to anything unusual. After deactivating it, the Pagelines dashboard immediatley came back. Do you have any suggestions for using Pagelines along with a pluggin with it's own theme dashboard? Regardless, I really appreciate you help!

No problem, happy to help.

For future reference, if you encounter any strange behaviour in Wordpress or PageLines Framework, this odd behaviour is most likely caused by a plugin.

Hi,

It would seem your installation did not go well.

Download the latest version of PageLines Framework from your Launchpad account. Unzip it to your desktop. You'll have a new folder called pagelines on the desktop.

Now, FTP into your site and navigate to wp-content/themes/ and find the pagelines folder.  Delete it. Don't worry, your settings, if any, are stored in the database.

When the delete process is completed, upload the pagelines folder from your desktop. When fully completed, log into your WordPress Dashboard and try visiting Dashboard > PageLines. Let us know how that goes.

If you're just getting a white screen after installation it could be a php memory issue. Ask your web host to increase the memory to 128M or 256M in the php.ini file.

Kindly search the forum and read the documentation before posting. It will help you resolve many issues.

For CSS help be sure to check out W3Schools first and be sure to download FireBug for FireFox for troubleshooting.

On main Dashboard in Wordpress the pagelines extension is displayed.
Once installed and account is added the extension is active.
I Freaking accidentally closed the dialog box (X in upper right corner)
Thinking that it would just not use the plugin for one page.
      BUT no..
it actually completely disable all pages.
How can restore all the work that done with the Pageline Extension?
Do you really have to go back into the Database and find a restore point?
That seems like really bad UI if you can wipe all your work out in JUST ONE CLICK.

I've spent two and a half hours searching the web and the forums for the wp-config.php setting to restore the legacy PageLines dashboard to wp-admin

Could someone enlighten me? Thanks in advance.

      Website URL: careercrossroadscoach.com
Framework Version: Just installed latest DMS
      WordPress Version: 3.6.1
      Plugins in Use: none
      Server/Host: Network Solutions

I was told to switch from Platform to DMS because Platform is no longer suported. At first I got this error on the main page of the site (and nothing else):
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /data/17/1/140/158/1629321/user/1756258/htdocs/careercrossroadscoach/wp-content/themes/dms/includes/less.plugin.php on line 2370

...But after I disabled all my plugins it went away. However, some weirdness is going on with my dashboard interface. When I switched back to Platform (because of the error) my dashboard settings had changed! Previously there was a section called something like "Platform Settings" and it was under the Themes menu. Now that option is gone, and there's a bunch of stuff that wasn't there before.

My suspicion is that somehow the menu options for DMS replaced the menu options for Platform, which would be possible if both were in a folder called Platforms (I've yet to check the file system), and thus messed them both up.

I'm hesitant to outright delete Platforms, because though it may be legacy I like it a lot. And I don't yet have 100% confidence that DMS will work. And I'd already customized the colors and such for Platforms, and deleting the theme will nixe all that work. Keeping this in mind, how best shall I proceed, in getting DMS to work?

      Screenshots are attached.

I am confused. I just logged into a site I have been working on for a while and I was no longer logged into my pagelines account.
I double checked my password through the Pagelines site and it is working.

It is telling me that I am running Pagelines lite.

Did something change? And now I have to start paying additional money. Like I said I am confused.
I hope someone can clarify for me.

When I look at the DMS Dashboard on the backend that has
News from the Pagelines Blog From the Community Updates on Pagelines Store Latest Extensions I'm getting an RSS Error on the bottom two.

      Screenshot of my Dashboard

I work for a school corporation so as you can imagine we have web filters out the wazoo.  I don't know if the filters are blocking them or if they just don't work yet.  If they do work, can you tell me what the RSS feed addresses are so I can tell my IT guys to unblock them?

      Thanks,
