How to add a link BELOW the footer?

So I am almost done with a website I did in pagelines:





And I am wanting to adding a "Website design by..." link to below the footer. I am still a code newb and not sure how I would go about this in pagelines? Could someone help me out :)?

You can activate the Full Width Sidebar section in PageLines > Drag & Drop > Footer template and then in Appearance > Widgets add Text widget to Full Width Sidebar and add your text inside <center></center> tags then “Update” to save that widget.

I would recommend using the "FootCols Section - Site Terms Statement" or "FootCols Section - More Statement" under your Site Options (Dashboard > Pagelines > Site Options > Header/Footer)
