Different versions of site on different computers

Website URL: metrocafes.com (development environment: to view host map 54.235.209.39 to metrocafes.com)
Framework Version: 2.3
WordPress Version: 3.51 Multisite/MultiNetwork
Plugins in Use:
Server/Host: CentTOS
Screenshots:
Details: For some reason two versions of the site show up on different computers.

One is the default Pagelines layout. This version is missing the pages and layouts applied in Pagelines which can be view in the Admin page..

Another version is the new site, with the pages and layout applied.

When I look at the tables in mySQL everything looks fine. All of the other sites in the network appear to be fine as well.

It's very bizarre! Has anyone seen this before?

This appears to be a problem were the correct default page is not loaded when first visiting the site. The Home page with the Sample menu (with no other menu items) on it is displayed and it should be the user created Home page and menus..

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Did you create a custom menu in Appearance > Menus? If so, have you set it up as the primary navigation?

Looking at this problem a little closer it appears that the theme is not loading on the default page properly (it does not other pages). I have tried all I can to get it to show up with no joy.

My next step might be to delete the site and start over...
