How to remove the (edit) link in front end

HI

Could someone post the magic code I can use to the custom code panel to remove the (edit) option from the front end of my site please? All pages. All users.

Hi,

 

The edit post link is required by Wordpress. However, if you wish to hide this, you can do so by using custom CSS. I recommend using Firebug or your browsers built-in web dev tools and inspect the edit link to find the correct code.

 

Then use the PageLines override (more info available on our custom CSS doc), along with display:none; and this will hide the link for you.

Ah so that is how you use that firbug thing, ok thanks Ninja

 

Hay it worked! I used this  .pledit {display: none;}
