Hi all.

I am currently running the latest wp and page lines installs on the following URL:WWW.paintwaterdiaries.com

My issue is that, when viewing the site from a mobile browser, of course the menu shrinks down as per the bootstrap framework to be replaced with the icon.

All as expected so far, however on my site the menu doesn't expand on click.

Any ideas?

      Hello :)

On the homepage my site, I'm using the 'Navi' in fixed position.  I've anchored the links in the 'Navi' to sections on the homepage, and in each of those sections is a link to a full page with more information on that topic.  Each of these full pages of info have a different navigation menu than the homepage.  The full topic pages use the 'Navbar' and have links pointing to the other 5 pages of information.  Is there a way to have the 'Navbar' menu fixed on these pages or have 2 different fixed navigation bars?

      Hi,

Could you please take a look at my dev site: http://whub34.webhostinghub.com/~videoh6/cidev2.com/home/

I've been trying to make my own custom fixed nav by placing the following inside a full-width section: 2 columns for media box, and nav bar, and an additional column for a second nav bar.

      Here are my problems:
1)I seem to have accidentally deleted the header section, so now my custom nav is in a full-width section and is partially obstructed by the WP admin nav bar.  How do I get the header back, or otherwise fix this annoying problem?
I can't just give margin to the top, since this means that the lower sections will be seen in this space as the user scrolls up.

      2) Under my custom nav I have a Hero Unit. How do I get this to work so that it stays below the custom nav in a responsive way? I can't just give lots of padding to the bottom of my custom nav, as this gives too much empty vertical space for large screens etc. I attempted to a LESS solution, but I didn't do it correctly as it is not working.

      Here's the LESS I  attempted:
      #site {   padding-top:(@resLargeDesktop 100px);   padding-top:(@resDesktop 200px);   padding-top:(@resPortraitTablet 300px);   padding-top:(@resPhoneLandscape 400px); }   Thanks very much, Bruce

On this site I'm developing I am using this snippet of CSS to adjust the position of text in my fixednav.
.navbar .navline { position:relative; left:-29px; !important; } It works perfectly on a desktop sized browser window. However, when the window drops in size and reflows for mobile viewing, the menu items begin off to the left of the screen. About 29px to the left, I'd guess.

The question is - I don't know much about responsive design. Is there a way to specify that this piece of custom CSS should only apply ABOVE a certain page width?

      Thanks for ideas!

When using fixed navigation (which I love) videos display over top the fixed navigation whena page is scrolled downwards.

Perhaps more importantly the navigation dropdowns dipslay Behind the videos so the dropdowns are not visable. The dropdown goes behind the video.

This is happening on this site. Here is a home page example
      http://lcotestsite.com/home-version-2/

Here is an eample within a site - half way down the page

Would greatly appreciate help with a resolution to this as I am committed to using the fixed navigation on this site. And need to present the work in progress on Monday.
