Hi,

This seems to have occurred since the 2.4.1 update...

My images no longer show in my blog posts.

For example, page this post has a this text:

<img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-450" id="shadow" title="Gondolas in Venice" alt="" src="http://www.photography-holidays.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/shutterstock_108977273-930x400.jpg" width="930" height="400" />

Today we announce the launch of our long awaited Italy photography holidays! Exploring the North East of the country we visit Venice, Verona and the Dolomites.

But the image doesn't show on the website but it does show in the WordPress visual editor...

Any one have any ideas?

Thanks,

Glyn

Hi Catrina,

Thanks for your reply.  Everything deactivated now except Simple CSS lite and Pagelines Sections and it's still the same....

Cheers,

Glyn

By the way, I've tried deleting all my custom CSS as well so it is just Pagelines and Wordpress and it was still the same...

That's very strange, i can't see the html for the image in the source code at all. Is the post definitely published? When you look at it in the post editor it doesn't have anything like 'an autosave of this post is available' or words to that effect?

Couple of things to check.

If you republish the page are there any changes?

If you switch to the twenty ten theme do the images show then?

Can you go into Pagelines>site options>advanced and check the debug tab for us.

Kindly search the forum and read the documentation before posting. It will help you resolve many issues.

For CSS help be sure to check out W3Schools first and be sure to download FireBug for FireFox for troubleshooting.

HI James,

Many thanks for your help... you were right, there was an autosave with the correct version and yet the editor was still showing the text/code for the correct one... but selecting the right version again resolved it...

Thank you!
