Removing select pages from navbar

Recommended Posts

I want to show some pages on my navbar and others in the footer only. How do I select which pages show up where?

I clicked the "Use Child Pages For Secondary Nav" but it only shows a list of the child pages underneath my navbar.

You can see how my navbar is larger than normal because of pages overflow at nomadcapitalist.com

Hi,

In order to do this you'll need to create a custom menu in appearance>menus from the wordpress admin area. Once you've created your menu, you can assign it to the required navigation bar in the top left hand corner of the appearance>menus page.

For more information on custom menus see this link which will guide you through - http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

Kindly search the forum and read the documentation before posting. It will help you resolve many issues.

For CSS help be sure to check out W3Schools first and be sure to download FireBug for FireFox for troubleshooting.
