Is WordPress Not Working

Recommended Posts

I am having a hard time figured out why my the same widgets appearing on two different pages (with the same page templates), with the exact same CSS insructions are appearing different.

Here is the first page that is correct. The two side menus (made from text widgets) are as long as the center image:

Here is the second page. Same widgets, same page template, same everything, but the widgets are smaller. Can someone help??

Thanks!!!

Hi there,

I'm seeing the widgets as exactly the same size on both pages. But the students link has a lot more content in the middle column so the page is longer, this is mainly due to a form which is inserted at the bottom of the page.

Thanks. That sounds good. Can you help though? Do you know why this is doing this?

Also, why does the page look so bad in Internet Explorer?

Thanks!!!

Well the page size will get longer the more content you add to it. So in order for those pages to look exactly the same you'll need to remove the form and put it on another page etc. The content inside the page canvas controls how long the page will be.

I've responded to the post you made about IE as well on a separate thread :-)
