You guys had solved my issue for me here: http://www.pagelines.com/forum/topic.php?id=2609 However, after moving and renaming the forum install, the dropdown menus in my forums are all wonky again! Check it out right here (roll over the 'apps', 'hardware', or 'other news' items... How do I fix!?

Trying the same solution again doesn't work? Thanks, Bryan

Likely you just need to change the path to the stylesheet so it reflects the new location of the forum.

To clarify, there must be another issue... the call to the CSS via the code above remains the same... and the stylesheet remains in the same location... All I did was rename the install from /bbpress/ to /forum/, and adjusted the bbpress address in the general settings! Help! :)

I checked the page and the CSS for dropdowns isn't loading again. Double check the forum header file again.

This is the header.php for the iForum theme... am I missing something? <?php // tells wordpress your on a BBPress Page global $bbpress_forum; $bbpress_forum = true; get_header(); ?> <?php if (pagelinesforum('customcss')):?> <style type="text/css"> <?php echo pagelinesforum('customcss');?> </style> <link rel='stylesheet' id='dropdown-css' href='http://www.mactropolis.com/wp/wp-content/themes/iblogpro4_dev/pro/css/dropdown.css?ver=3.0.1' type='text/css' media='all' /> <?php endif;?> <?php bb_load_template('_forumheader.php');?>

Yeah that seems fine but when I check mactropolis.com/forum it isn't there. Are you sure you're editing the correct file? I mean do you have two versions installed or something like that which may cause the changes to not be taking effect? We know that code works because it was used before you changed the permalink, but again the source code on /forum doesn't show that it's present.

Very strange. I have an older vbulletin install present in another folder, but no other bbpress install to speak of anywhere on the server. I'm at a loss for words on this one!

Well you can try adding it somewhere else then and see what happens. _forumheader.php ? Try adding the code there.

That seemed to work. Now I'm running into another issue. Roll over the 'other news' tab, and try and make your way down to the bottom of the options... you can't. The links from the forum behind are active on top of the menu... also the text links appear to be in front of the menu. Is there any way to fix this? z-index? http://www.mactropolis.com/forum/

hmmm... there is no div with an id of 'container'... tried adding the style to this div: <div id="forumheader" class="fix"> Maybe I should add it to: <div id="bbforum"> ?

You're probably just working with different versions. Go ahead and change: `

` to `
` Thanks, Bryan

Knights of Columbus! This has to work! haha You need to change the css for .post_last selector so it is less than 4. `.post_last {z-index:2;}` (line 206 in style.css)
