Upgrade to Developer causes failure

Purchased upgrade to WhiteHousePro3 Developer. Performed install. Since that time the entire website use of theme is not functioning properly. Have deleted all themes and re-installed and still has same problem with functionality & being viewed. Here is the website... http://trueblueauctions.com/blog/WordPress/ View to see how it is not showing pages, links, wigets, etc. Tried it on another existing WhiteHousePro website and it did the same thing. http://paauctions.net/ Anyone else experience the same problem or know of a solution?
