International Alphabet in Featured Title

Hello, I am trying to figure out something but I cant. I have a Azerbaijani version of the website which is Website in Azeri. It shows my alphabet very well except in Featured Title on Home page. Azerbaijani has the same letters as Turkish except UPSIDE DOWN "E" which is "??". I cannot type this in my featured title. When I type them there they do not show up at all. Only letters that are the same in English, they are displayed. I looked up all codes and CSS but could not figure out. My letter works well with UTF-8. Thanks in advance

Turn off Cufon font replacement in the text options panel. It was set just for English. If you want a non-web font you'll have to visit cufon's website and regenerate the font file.
