In wich .php files are my created posts located?

Your created posts are located in the database, not in a PHP file.

In wich file can I detect the 'text' of my posts?

 

In one of my previous topics on this forum I said that when I create a Post, automatically a "read more''  is added.

I want to edit this text in the file and remove i the ''read more'' manually.

If you want to change "Read More" to something else, it's possible with Poedit: http://www.pagelines.com/wiki/How_to_Change_a_Text_String_With_POedit (I know you're not translating, but it's basically changing the text string)
