Align Morefoot widgets left

Recommended Posts

In the morefoot, the title of the widgets is slightly more left aligned than the content... Any way to align them? You can see that in my morefoot footer, where the title "Categories" is more left aligned than the actual list of categories.

Hi there, wordpress will add a margin to the list inside the widget so it's indented inside the widget, which is why its not lining up with the title. You can edit this by adjusting the margins for the widget using css. If you've not used css before take a look at http://www.pagelines.com/wiki/Custom_CSS we'd also advise checking out http://www.w3schools.com/css/ for more information and examples of css.

Kindly search the forum and read the documentation before posting. It will help you resolve many issues.

For CSS help be sure to check out W3Schools first and be sure to download FireBug for FireFox for troubleshooting.

      Hi to all,
I always have this problem and I'm unhappy with the fix I usually apply for aligning columns at the bottom (see attached).
For example: I use two text boxes side by side. Both text columns have a background colour. Text column 1 has 200 words and text column 2 has 300 words.
How do I easily get them to align at the bottom without using a min-height declaration? I want to get text column 1 with 200 words to fit the height of text column 2 if that makes sense?
Thanks for any help on this!

I am working on may client's website, who is the manager of he site for his client. My client has hired me to fix the footer area of the website. As you can see here: http://www.makerstoolworks.com/, the MoreFoot Right Widget is Showing in the middle column.
I would have downloaded the theme and done some digging into the files to see if there is a div tag out of place and so on. However, my client does not have the ftp login info for the website (as he is the marketing strategist. [Yes I know.... it's weird]).
However, if you can point me into the right direction on where I need to start looking in order to fix the problem.
Also, I do not know if my client's client has paid for premium support. So I hope that this question can be answered for me in all regards.
      Thank you

      Hi guys,
This is probably an easy one - I've spent the past few hrs reading through similar cases and trying CSS modifications, but without any success.
What I'm trying to do is align a simple 3-item fixed navbar (no logo/title) to the center of the page.
      Site URL:  http://wp.onlineaperture.com/wp/
Nothing invoking the text-align: center seems to work, and manually padding breaks with responsive dimension changes.
The closest I've come is via Firebug but in my attempts I've lost the CSS modifications that almost had it.
Can anyone help me change my navbar from this:

      To this:

Any assistance is greatly appreciated- I figured I'd logically be able to crack this out easily, but instead here I am!

      I'm working on this page:
For some reason the images are all the sudden not inline with the text and button. Do you know what's going on?
