Facebook Button Options Help

Im using the facebook [like_button] & is working the only problem is when i click on the like it show the old standart wordpress message "just another wordpress" i already changed this on the general settings

I also want to know where can i change the image that is show on this?

On the database is the blogdescription

IS working in progress i just did open it for you http://www.nondualit.nl

 

There is no reference on the database about the "Just another WordPress site"

 

Im using 

Social Media a plethora of networks to work with from the

OK, so we can rule out that its a bug with the facebook like shortcode. Can you remove the shortcode for the facebook like button, save your page. Then add the fb shortcode again then save your page again.

 

The see if this resolves your issue.

The "Just another WordPress site" is equal to "blogdescription" on a wordpress database. This mean this function is getting the wrong blogdescription or is hardcoded or cached somewhere. 

Ive been looking into the database and there is NO  "Just another WordPress site" anywhere.

 

Thats why im asking where do this button get this wrong blogdescription from.

 

Would be nice to use this option, but as a simple basic option is not working for me. Any further useful help would be wonderful.

Actually, it can come from some plugins, but likely, you have a cache plugin active.  That could do it. If not, then any SEO plugin might do it.

 

If there is a cache plugin on your site, please clear the plugin's cache and test again to see if your shortcode works.  Also, check the settings at Facebook for your FB page - the one you're linking to.  It's a remote possibility, but that text might be there.
